To help both offset students' fees and upgrade College facilities, the College hosts numerous conferences throughout the year while students are absent. These can occur during mid semester breaks and while students are on vacation. The conferences can account for up to thirty percent of the College's annual budget. Your support in leaving your rooms promptly (by 11:00am on the day indicated) and in a clean and tidy state will be much appreciated.

Students whose rooms need to be tidied by our staff will be charged for this service. We recommend that you take all your possessions with you when you vacate your room. However, as a courtesy we will set aside rooms for you to store some of your larger items which must be labelled. This is an inconvenience for both staff and students but conferences help cover our ongoing maintenance and upgrades of the College facilities.

Students are welcome to have a guest stay overnight in their room.

The cost is $15.00 per night including breakfast in the morning.

Students need to liaise with the Office to arrange for bedding to be placed in their room for a particular night.

Extra meal vouchers can be purchased from the Office for $8.00 for a student guest.
