| Part II - Fees and Charges |
|
2.1 Fees, charges and deposits payable to the College by junior members of the College shall include the contingency fee, the key deposit, the College Club fee and the College residential fee and the precise amounts and the due dates for payment shall be stated each year in the fee schedule for that year. 2.2 A member of the College who breaches any regulation or rule of the College or causes loss of or damage to College property is required to pay any fine or charge levied for any such breach and to make restitution for any such loss or damage. (See Part VII.) 2.3 Fees payable to the College by senior members of the College and resident guests shall be as prescribed in the contract of appointment or of residence respectively. 2.4 Rents and charges payable to the College by residents other than members of the College shall be as prescribed by the Warden from time to time. 2.5 The Warden shall inform in writing all residents of the conditions pertaining to the refund or otherwise of all fees, rents, deposits and charges as may be prescribed by the College Council. |
