8.1 Copies of this By-Law and of all amendments thereto shall be issued by the Warden to all members and residents of the College.

8.2
(a) The Warden shall require a person who has been offered membership of the College to agree in writing to abide by the rules and regulations set out in this By-Law and by any amendments which may be made to this By-Law.

(b) The written agreement prescribed in (a) must be obtained before a person is permitted to become a member of the College.
